This is where the core of our Hive Activ community buzzes!
With friendly and experienced trainers and amazing clientele, our group fitness classes are something you look forward to. We cater for all levels of fitness. No class will ever be too easy or too hard. There are multiple versions of every exercise, allowing you to work in the version that suits your
fitness level best. With a plethora of experience, a well-balanced timetable and classes both enjoyable and challenging, Hive Activ’s group fitness is second to none.
Sessions run for 45-60 minutes, 12 classes available over 5 days each week, at 2 convenient locations, please see time table for class times and locations.
